Special Instructions for Submitting Transcripts and/or Letters of Recommendation by a School Administrator
If your school requires an administrator or counselor to submit your transcript and/or letter of recommendation, please upload a PLACE HOLDER DOCUMENT in those fields that just includes your name, school, and the name of the scholarship for which you are applying. Please allow ample time for your school counselor or administrator to submit transcripts and letters of recommendation.
After submitting your scholarship application, contact the school counselor or administrator directly to let them know you have applied for our scholarship. Forward the counselor a copy of the email you will receive after submitting your scholarship application. Ask your counselor to email your official transcript and letter of recommendation to scholarships@rhomuomega.org. Subject: recommendation for (your name).
