  • Start Your Adoption Journey with a One-on-One Appointment

    Thank you for your interest in domestic adoption. Taking this step is an exciting and meaningful decision, and we’re here to guide you through the process.

    A one-on-one appointment is the first step in working with A Small Miracle Adoption. This 60-90 minute session, which costs $100, allows our team to get to know you, understand your motivations for adopting, and assess whether our agency is the right fit for your journey. It’s also an opportunity for you to ask questions and gain insight into what adoption through Small Miracles looks like.

    If we determine that moving forward is a good fit for both you and our agency, you may be invited to participate in our two-day seminar, the next stage in the domestic adoption process.

  • Preferred Availability for One-on-One Appointment

    Note: Appointments are not available until after July 7, 2025

  • Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive an email to arrange a specific date and time for your appointment along with an invoice for the $100 fee.

    During your one-on-one assessment, a Small Miracles team member will get to know you, discuss your motivations for adoption, and assess whether our agency is the right fit for your journey. Below is a sample of the types of questions and topics that may come up in your meeting:

    • What has led you to consider adoption, and what are your expectations?
    • What is your family and household dynamic, including support systems?
    • Are you open to different adoption situations, such as age, health conditions, or maintaining connections with birth family?
    • How do you envision parenting and integrating an adopted child into your life
    • Are you financially and logistically prepared for the responsibilities of adoption and parenting?
    • What questions or concerns do you have about the adoption process?

    This conversation is an important step in your adoption journey, and we encourage you to take some time to reflect on these topics before your appointment. We look forward to meeting with you!
