Our beautifully styled cart is designed to complement your event's theme. The Cart Rental Package for $250 includes cups, sugar, stirrers and your choice of beverage. Packages come with a 4-hour service period, with an additional charge of $50 per extra hour if needed.
Policies
1. Once the quote is accepted and the deposit is received, this form will serve as an official contract between the client (name provided above) and The Saffron Strand.
2. Booking is confirmed only after a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total.
3. The final payment is due one week before the event.
4. Quotes are valid for 3 days and may be subject to changes in availability and pricing.
5. In case of any damage to The Saffron Strand's property caused by the client or their guests, the client agrees to cover the cost of repairs.
6. The client must ensure that a parking spot and venue access are available at least 2 hours before the event for proper setup.
7. A 10% service fee applies to orders for 100 guests or more.
8. If a Certificate of Insurance is required, an additional $50 fee will be charged.
9. Payments are accepted via Venmo, Zelle, cash, or credit card (3% service fee).
Additional Notes:
• If a burner goes out, it is the client's responsibility to relight it to maintain the product's temperature.
• Our products are prepared in an open kitchen that handles eggs, milk, and nuts. While we take precautions, cross-contamination is possible.
• We recommend all setups/displays be done indoors. Outdoor events are also accepted; however, we are not responsible for any weather-related issues.
Minimum order: 50 cups per beverage. Savory add-ons have a minimum of 12 per item.
Setup and decor charges will be calculated after the menu and quantities are finalized.
