Teeth Whitening Masterclass 

With kit: $1200.00

Included in your enrolment: Full certification upon completion Student Spotlight

Kit includes: Teeth whitening machines, teeth shade guide, cheek retractors, teeth whitening gel 12%, dental bibs, dental wipes, barrier gel, UV glasses

  

Terms and conditions

• All payment agreements must be completed and paid in full during the agreed period of time.
• It is your responsibility to keep up with payments.
• Enlightened Beauty offers no refunds on any courses once access is granted which is immediately given after first payment is received.
• All property within Enlightened Beauty is the property of Enlightened Beauty and theft of the content will result in legal action.
• If applicant/student is needing to Enlightened Beauty but must be communicated via email by the applicant/student to enlightened.lashes@outlook.com
• If student/applicant falls behind by 4 weeks, $100 dishonour fee will be applied and access to the online course will be removed with the full remaining balance + dishonour fee will be forwarded on to an external debt collector agency where student will be responsible for all and any additional fees applied.
• If applicable Applicant/student understands that this course is self led and must complete certification within the 12 month enrolment period, applicant/student takes full responsibility for this.
• If applicable your kit will arrive in 2-3 weeks - once on its way you will receive an email with a tracking number
• You will have your certification emailed to you once all payment plans are completed
• Your payment day is on the same day you make payment (Eg if weekly and made on a Tuesday your payments are on that day, if it is monthly it is on the same date each month).

Once this form has been submitted you will receive an email with a link to make your first installment on your chosen payment plan, - once payment has been received you will receive a link to create your account for The Enlightened Beauty Academy where you will have immediate 12 months access to your course.
