    Les journalistes, les photographes et les équipes de télévision doivent disposer d’une accréditation pour accéder aux embarquements presse du Yacht Club de Monaco.

    at the Yacht Club de Monaco.

  • I, the undersigned, certify to have, under my own will, asked to be boarded on a press boat, for the current event.

    I disclaim any liability to the Yacht Club de Monaco as well as the staff for any incurring injuries, bodily and material injuries and consequential damages or accidents I may be victim of whilst onboard or in transfer.

    I, the undersigned, commit to release a selection of 10 photos copyright-free for the exclusive internal use of the Yacht Club de Monaco (YCM Publications, website, social media) as soon as possible and at the latest by the end of the year.

    This responsibility discharge is valid during the whole event period.
