Event Communication Lead• Oversee all communication related to the event, including sending out reminders, and ensuring all stakeholders are informed.
Community Science Fair (2/17/2026) Please select the roles you are interested in for the science fairs:
Judge• Evaluate student projects and provide feedback
Event Setup/Coordinator• Help organize the fair space and set up project booths
Mentor/Project Advisor• Guide students in preparing their science fair projects
Volunteer Registration Assistant• Assist with registering students and guests at the event
Photographer• Take photos to accompany the science fair content (projects, participants, event moments)

Writer/Contributor• Write articles or assist with content creation for Enrichment Quarterly
Editor• Proofread and edit articles for Enrichment Quarterly

Magazine Outreach Coordinator• Promote Enrichment Quarterly, encourage involvement, and engage the community to increase readership and participation
Young Homeschool Scholar Society Academy. Please select the roles you are interested in for the Young Homeschool Scholar Society Academy:
Event Setup/Coordinator• Help set up rooms for academy workshops (30 minutes)
Drop-Off Attendant (Building Entrance)• Assist with overseeing drop-offs and guiding students as they arrive at the building ensuring safe and efficient entry (9:40am - 10:00am)
Pick-Up Attendant (Building Entrance)• Assist with overseeing pick-ups and guiding students and parents at the building entrance (11:55am - 12:15pm)
Photographer• Take photos during academy workshops, events, and student activities
