AS ONE FOOTBALL CAMP
This is a non contact football camp where players Grades 7-12 can come learn skills and play football in a fun competitive environment. Camp will run from July 20th to July 24th from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Registration is $250 per camper, payment options and information can be found on the next page. It's encouraged that anyone participating wear cleats, but this is not mandatory.

I understand that the tuition to be paid is for the designated dates (Rain or Shine) and covers instruction, camp T-Shirt, insurance, and awards. No deduction shall be allowed for early departures or late arrivals. I herby certify that my son is in good health and may participate in all camp activities. In case of emergency I grant permission for my son to be given treatment at a local hospital.
