Catapult Education ExperienCE Cancellation/Refund Policy

Requests for cancellations/refunds must be submitted prior to 30 days of the event date. All requests are subject to a US $25 administrative fee plus a 4% transaction fee. Refunds are not given within 30 days of the event date, and Catapult will not reimburse you if you do not attend.

Note: Upon cancellation of your registration, please remember to cancel your related travel arrangements separately. Catapult is not responsible for any cancellation, travel, or lodging expenses you may incur.
