By registering for the National Grange Convention, attendees acknowledge that it is their sole responsibility to be familiar with and comply with all rules and regulations set forth by Carnival Cruise Line. The National Grange is not responsible for any attendee who fails to board the ship for any reason, including but not limited to missed boarding times or failure to meet cruise line requirements.

Registration fees may be refunded upon written request through November 1. Refund requests after that date will be reviewed on an individual basis.
