    How to Complete and Submit the Form

    Option 1: Complete Everything at Once

    1. Fill out all the required pages in the form.
    2. If some pages or sections don’t apply to you, feel free to skip them.
    3. Use the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen to jump between sections or go directly to the end.
    4. Red dots on the navigation bar indicate required fields that need to be completed and will prevent you from submitting until they are filled out.
    5. Once you've completed all applicable sections, click the Submit button at the end.
    6. After submitting, you will receive a confirmation email. Your form is now complete!

    Option 2: Work at Your Own Pace

    1. Start filling out the form and complete any sections you're ready to.
    2. If you’d like to save your progress and return later, click the "Save & Continue Later" button located below the navigation bar.
    3. A prompt will appear asking you to save your submission as a draft.
    4. You will receive a link via email that allows you to return and finish the form at your convenience. Alternatively, you will be provided with a link to copy and save for yourself.
    5. Please note: The "Save & Continue Later" button is not a submission button. We cannot see any of your progress until the form is fully submitted.
    6. When you're ready, follow the link in the email (or the one you copied) to continue filling out the form.
    7. After completing all applicable sections, click the Submit button at the end to finalize your submission.
    8. After submitting, you will receive a confirmation email.
