This form is to request a free, confidential, consultation regarding immigration legal information. It is an opportunity to ask questions, it is NOT a promise of legal representation. Attending an immigration consultation does not create a lawyer-client relationship and is not a promise for representation in any legal matter. All attendees to consultation appointments will be requested to sign a form acknolwedging this information.
All consultations will be held in person at the Island Wide Youth Collaborative (IWYC), Building D, at 111 Edgartown Rd., Oak Bluffs, MA 02557. The IWYC Building is within the MV Community Services complex. The entrance to MV Community Services is across from the MV High School. Follow signs to the Island Wide Youth Collaborate (IWYC) Building.
If you don't see an appointment time that works for you, you can send a message without selecting a time and make a request for a different time. You will receive a response within 24 hours.
Please bring any immigration paperwork you have with you to the appointment as it will help facilitate understanding of your particular situation.
Portuguese Interpretation may be available upon request. If you need intepretation for your appointment, please leave a note on this form with the language you seek for intepretation or bring someone who can interpret for you.
