This form is to request a free, confidential, consultation regarding immigration legal information. It is an opportunity to ask questions, it is NOT a promise of legal representation. Attending an immigration consultation does not create a lawyer-client relationship and is not a promise for representation in any legal matter. All attendees to consultation appointments will be requested to sign a form acknolwedging this information.
Consultations can be held in person or by Zoom. Please note your preference below. You MUST be an island resident. If meetings will be held by Zoom, you must provide your island address.
If you don't see an appointment time that works for you, you can send a message without selecting a time and make a request for a different time. You will receive a response within 24 hours.
Please bring any immigration paperwork you have with you to the appointment as it will help facilitate understanding of your particular situation.
Portuguese Interpretation is available for the following times only: 10:15, 11:15, 3:15, 4:15. If you need intepretation for your appointment, you must come select one of those time slots or bring your own interpreter to the appointment.
