Is this your first time presenting at a professional conference? Are you hoping to get feedback on how to better your presentation in the future? Want to strengthen your presentation skills?
This year, we're offering an entire 60-minute workshop block dedicated ONLY to first-time, feedback-seeking presenters! Whether you are presenting in a group, as an individual or with a co-presenter, this is your chance to present to the community and receive constructive feedback. The presentations are recommended to be around 45 minutes in length, with 15 minutes at the end allocated for Q&A and feedback from workshop attendees.
If you are not a first-time presenter, or are a first-time presenter but interested in the 90-minute or 3-hour workshop option, please complete the call for proposals found here. First-time presenters ARE allowed and encouraged to submit to the 90-minute/3-hour workshops, but the 60-minute option is for first-timers who would like to "workshop" their workshop with the AEE community.
Need inspiration on what to present? See what our 2024 attendees said they would like to see in 2025.
To further support your proposal submission, please refer to the Workshop Resource Guide. There are many examples for each proposal section in the Workshop Resource Guide.
Please note there is a different application for 90 minute or 3-hour Workshops, Symposium on Experiential Education Research Presentations and pre-recorded workshop proposals.
DUE: WEDNESDAY, APRIL 23RD at 11:59PM EASTERN TIME ZONE USA.
