APPLICATION INFORMATION FOR EXHIBIT BOOTH SPACE
75th ANNUAL CONFERENCE – JUNE 23-25, 2025

We hereby apply for exhibit space at the 75th Annual Conference of the Massachusetts Collectors and Treasurers Association (MCTA) in accordance with the following terms:
Exhibit Booth Details
- Each exhibitor will receive an 8' x 10' space with one 30” x 96” table and two chairs.
- Setup:
- Sunday, June 22 – 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM
- Monday, June 23 – 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM
- Exhibit Hours:
- Monday, June 23 – 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM & 2:30 PM - 3:30 PM
- Tuesday, June 24 – 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM & 2:30 PM - 3:15 PM
- Raffle Drawing:
- Wednesday, June 25 – 11:00 AM (No exhibit time, only the raffle)
- Since booth breakdown is on Tuesday, raffle items may be left in either your room or the MCTA Nook. For members not staying until Wednesday, MCTA will raffle off your item on your behalf.
- Exhibit Teardown:
- Tuesday, June 24 – 3:15 PM - 5:00 PM
All exhibits must be staffed during exhibit hours. Booths must be fully removed by 5:00 PM Tuesday. MCTA and the Sea Crest Beach Hotel are not responsible for unattended booths or items.
Sponsorship & Booth Fees
- Platinum ($10,000), Gold ($7,500), and Silver ($5,000) sponsors receive one exhibit booth included with their sponsorship.
- Please complete the form to confirm your booth reservation.
- Second/Third booths may be purchased at 25% off the standard rate for all sponsors.Booth
- Fees:
- MCTA Business Members: $1,000 per booth
- Non-Members: $2,000 per booth
- Fees will increase in 2026. Consider joining our sponsor program!
Payment Details:
- Exhibitor fees are payable to Massachusetts Collectors and Treasurers Association (MCTA) and should be mailed to:
- MCTA, 44 Bearfoot Road, Suite 385, Northborough, MA 01532
- Do not mail payments to the hotel.
- Booth reservations are not guaranteed until payment is received. Booths will be released if payment is not received by May 1, 2025.
Exhibitor Registration & Additional Staff Fees
- Each booth includes admission for up to 4 staff members at a time (Platinum Sponsors receive 5 included).
- Additional staff beyond the 4 included must register for the conference at the member conference rate of $150 per person.
- Hotel & conference registration are separate from this application.
- Meal costs are not included.
Liability & Booth Assignment
- Each exhibitor is responsible for the protection and safekeeping of their own property.
- MCTA assumes no responsibility for any liability incurred as a result of participation in the exhibit.
- MCTA reserves the sole right to deny, refuse, or cancel any exhibitor application. In such cases, any paid fees will be refunded.
- Booth space is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, based on the order applications are received. Due to limited availability, early submission is strongly encouraged.
- Applications must be submitted online. Confirmation emails will be sent within one week of submission.
