Clinton-Massie Youth Baseball and Softball (CMYBS) is an organization that strives to maintain the lowest possible registration fees while ensuring that our members receive the best playing experience possible. The organization incurs an administrative cost for each player during registration including but not limited to credit card and debit fees, Knothole and North Cincy Softball fees, and equipment and field expenditures. It is because of these costs that CMYBS adheres to the below refund policy. To receive a refund from CMYBS, the parent/guardian must fill out this refund request form completely.
