To begin your customized travel planning process, a non-refundable Travel Research & Planning Fee is required. This fee covers the professional time, expertise, and resources dedicated to researching, pricing, and curating your perfect vacation package. The fee is non-refundable and must be paid before any official quotes, research, or itinerary planning begins. Once payment is received, your Travel Advisor will:

Research and compare the best destinations, resorts, and flight options based on your preferences and budget.
Provide up to 3 customized quotes or itineraries tailored to your desired experience with up to 2 revisions.
Manage communication with vendors, resorts, and tour operators on your behalf.
