  • For the safety of our team, we are a nut-free facility due to a staff member with a severe nut allergy. If you provide snacks for your pet during their stay, they must be in the original packaging and completely nut-free. However, pet food can be pre-portioned into baggies and does not need to remain in the original bag. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a safe environment for everyone

    We strive to maintain a boarding routine for your cat that is as close to their home routine as possible. Each day begins with breakfast, followed by litter box cleaning. We provide playtime and mental stimulation throughout the day, and quiet time is observed to offer a peaceful environment for your cat to rest and fully unwind. Additionally, we have full 24-hour surveillance coverage, ensuring that all animals in our care are continuously monitored for their safety and well-being.

  • Vetting & Care Instructions

    Preferred Vet: If veterinary care is needed, we will attempt to contact your preferred veterinarian first. If they are unavailable, we will proceed with Peak Vet, our in-house veterinary partner. Nurse Fee: A $5.00 fee applies for medical dispensing, wound care, and ear care.

  • Does your dog have a sensitive stomach or digestive issues? If so, we can provide a gentle diet of rice, chicken (unless there's an allergy), and broth if needed.*

  • Veterinary Care Costs:

    In the event of an emergency or if veterinary care is needed during your dog's stay, you understand that you are responsible for all related costs, including veterinary visits, treatments, and medications. We will make every effort to contact you before any treatment is given. However, if immediate emergency care is required, we will proceed with Peak Vet or your primary veterinarian if they are accessible.

  • Board & Groom Special

    If your pet stays with us for a minimum of 7 nights, they are eligible for a discounted rate on grooming before pick-up. Please note: Grooming can be scheduled before pick-up, and the discount will apply if the 7-night stay requirement is met.

    Care and Supervision: I understand that Spike & Friends Inc. will provide the best possible care, supervision, and safety for my dog. However, I acknowledge that despite the staff’s best efforts, accidents, injuries, or unforeseen events may occur, and I accept these risks as part of dog boarding.

    Liability Waiver: I waive any claims against Spike & Friends Inc., its staff, and affiliates for any injury, illness, or accident that may occur during my dog’s stay, including while boarding, during walks, grooming, or other activities. I understand that Spike & Friends Inc. takes all reasonable precautions to ensure my dog’s safety, but I accept that certain risks are inherent.

    Veterinary Costs & Emergency Care: If my dog requires emergency veterinary care, I authorize Spike & Friends Inc. to seek treatment and agree to cover any related costs. I understand that the team will attempt to contact me before seeking care, but if I cannot be reached, I authorize emergency treatment as needed.
