100 Days of Service

We’re officially counting down 100 days to The Grove’s 100-year anniversary, and we can’t think of a better way to celebrate than by serving our community every single day leading up to June 18!

From delivering meals to helping neighbors, cleaning up parks, and blessing first responders—we want YOU to be part of this movement!

How it works:

Love Your Neighbor:

Be the hands and feet of Jesus by delivering a home-cooked meal to a friend, coworker, or neighbor in need.Offer a helping hand by assisting with household chores for a family in need.Give parents the gift of rest by watching their kids for a date night.Support a single parent by offering free babysitting for an evening.Care for someone struggling by offering to do their laundry and deliver it fresh and clean.Love your neighbor by surprising them and doing their yard work.
Caring for First Responders & Teachers:

Honor first responders by writing letters of appreciation or delivering snacks to a fire station or police department.Show gratitude to teachers and school staff by surprising them with a thoughtful gift or snack.
Helping the Homeless & Vulnerable:

Provide dignity and care by delivering a hot meal to someone experiencing homelessness.Meet immediate needs by assembling and handing out care packs to the homeless.Serve in a homeless shelter by helping prepare and serve meals.Contact our local nonprofit partner, Path of Life Ministries, to serve the homeless through their outreach efforts.
Serving the Elderly:

Care for the elderly by offering to drive them to appointments, run errands, or read to them.Support an elderly or disabled neighbor by assisting with home repairs or maintenance.Bring joy to a senior living community by leading a music, Bible study, or game night.
Supporting Nonprofits & Community Organizations:

Make a tangible impact by volunteering at a city park cleanup or improvement project.Offer hope by volunteering at a recovery or transition home.Support local nonprofits by donating needed items like clothing, hygiene products, or school supplies.Contact our local nonprofit partner, Olive Crest, to support foster children and at-risk families through mentorship and care.Contact our local nonprofit partner, Rebirth Homes, to support survivors of human trafficking through restoration and advocacy.Contact our local nonprofit partner, Riverside Life Services, to support women and families facing unplanned pregnancies with life-affirming care.
