  • Where are you in the planning process?*
  • Your planning doesn't have to be 100% complete before filling out the Intent Form, especially in the case of camporees! However, it is important for your planning committee to discuss the following:

      • Names
      • Emails
      • Training dates
    • Event logistics:

      • Date/time/location
      • Projected number of attendees
      • How you will promote your event

Events which are also troop money-earning events:

    • All information normally requested in the troop activity form for troop money-earning activities.
