Here's what the job involves:In this critical role, alongside other Board members, you: a) Shall be responsible for the overall strategy and governance of FOSIS; b) Shall ensure the Federation is working towards its vision, mission and strategic aims and objectives; c) Shall be responsible for the long term financial planning of FOSIS; d) Shall be responsible for hiring full time staff in FOSIS; e) Shall have a duty to safeguard the assets and the reputation of FOSIS; f) Shall serve a term of at least 3 years and a maximum of 5 years with the possibility of re-selection.
