Project 3: Improve Medians in Rolando Park
Funding to improve medians on University Ave between Aragon Dr. and College Ave. Installation of trees would address heat, air quality, and flooding. Addition of trees would complete the University Ave Bikeway Project.

Project 4: Create Zena Canyon Park
Funding for Parks and Recreation Department to purchase Zena Canyon from San Diego Unified School District for a Neighborhood Park consistent with Park Master Plan’s 100-acre park acquisition goal. Eligible for DIF funding. Landowner (San Diego Unified School District) has demonstrated interest in selling. No known environmental barriers. Eligible for DIF funding. Tier I Environmental Review required prior to Title Transfer.
