I/we understand that any misrepresentation of fact may result in Kitten Clutter Rescue refusing foster privileges to me/us. If my/our request for fostering is approved and later Kitten Clutter Rescue discovers the above information is not true or correct or any terms of the foster agreement have been broken, Kitten Clutter Rescue reserves the right to reclaim the cat(s)/kitten(s).*
