Stallion Sponsorship Form

Stallion Package: Name announced two times a day at all PHCO shows. Name/Logo on our website. Small banner 2X 3 placed in the arena at shows. Recognition on PHCO social media. Stallion owners will receive a table to promote their stallion and space in the Stallion Promotion area at the show. PHCO will conduct a dedicated social hour and stallion owners can provide snacks/appetizers along with promotional material.

1. Complete sponsorship form and submit payment to PHCO

2. Sponsorship fee is $500.0 per stallion

3. Return logo to Libby at libbykoehn@hotmail.com in jpeg format.

4. Additional Information: Trisha Shorten Armstrong 918-306-0639

5. PHCO will award $100.00 Stallion Bonus Money to the highest placing APHA offspring of that stallion at the World Show Warmup. Ties will be drawn by back number. If no offspring are shown in 2025, that $100.00 will be rolled and added to any additional monies the following year for that stallion.

6. Stallions owners may add additional incentives to their APHA offspring of their stallion.dditional monies the following year for that stallion.
