2025 Veteran's Day - Veteran Owned Market Vendor Application

HarborWalk Village is pleased to invite you to be a vendor in our 2025 Veteran’s Day on the Harbor happening on Tuesday, November 11th. This event venue offers an exciting opportunity for you to showcase your business, sell to those around the Harbor, and celebrate the holiday, while it offers fun for the entire family! HarborWalk Village is located on the beautiful Destin Harbor in The World’s Luckiest Fishing Village. Designated areas throughout the common areas of HarborWalk Village will be dedicated to vendors’ exhibits. The ceremony, a tribute to Veterans with Guest Speakers, a performance by Autism Sings, and a presentation of the colors, will take place at 4PM on the main stage and will be followed by a band performance. 

APPLICATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 1ST IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS EVENT.

COST 
This is a FREE opportunity to be a vendor at HarborWalk Village. In honor of Veteran’s day and appreciation for your service, we would like to extend an invitation for to showcase your business around the Harbor. Our hope is to assist in community awareness and support of your business. With time, our goal is to grow this event into an Annual Local Veteran’s Owned Business Market.  
 
REQUIRMENTS

In order to participate in this event vendors must: 

• MUST BE A VETERAN OWNED BUSINESS
• Provide their own 10x10 tent, tables, decor, tablecloths, displays, & lighting (We can accommodate for electricity, with notice.)  
• Follow all load-in and load-out directions & requirements. (Will be provided prior to the event).  

BOOTH SPACES  
For this event, we ask that you use your own 10x10 tent and tables. For consistency in our event, we perfer all vendors utilize a white tent topper. For safety reasons outside vendors must confine themselves to a 10’x10’ space. No more than (2) two booth spaces may be reserved per exhibitor. 

STANDARDS  
 
An application is a commitment to show. 
 
Vendors must exhibit for agreed day as specified below: Vendors are required to man their exhibits during these hours and may stay open later if crowds remain.  Mandatory open hours are determined per event. 
 
Exhibitors bear the responsibility for all set-up needs for their exhibits. 24-hour security will be provided by HarborWalk Village, however, neither they, nor their representatives are responsible for loss or damage of any kind. Vendors need to secure their tents and/or clean their area before leaving for the night. 
 
Vendors must provide their own display booths/tents, racks, lighting, tables, and chairs; and should be prepared for the possibility of inclement weather conditions, such as wind and rain. 
 
No space can be shared, but one business may request two spaces. A “multi-person” team producing a single product qualifies as a single exhibitor. 
 
Any changes to display products or give away items are subject to approval by HarborWalk Village LLC. 
 
No on-site gas-powered generators are allowed. No amplified music permitted. 
 
This is a family-oriented festival for spectators of all ages, the products, work, and message exhibited must be in keeping with this atmosphere. HarborWalk reserves the right to remove work that deems it inappropriate. 
 
HarborWalk Village LLC. Reserves the right to refuse applicants and their products or services that directly and/or indirectly interfere or contend with our existing merchants or sponsors. 
 
 
NON-COMPLIANCE WITH VENUE STANDARDS & RULES MAY RESULT IN ELIMINATION FROM THIS AND FUTURE EVENTS WITH NO REFUND OF FEES.
