About the CFAX Santas Anonymous Society Bursary Program

CFAX Santas Anonymous Society is proud to offer eight bursaries of up to $2,000 to graduating high school students in Greater Victoria who demonstrate a strong commitment to volunteerism and community engagement. This bursary program is made possible through the generous efforts of our volunteers and donors.
Eligibility and Criteria

You are a resident of Greater Victoria;You are graduating from a Greater Victoria high school before July 1 2025;You have demonstrated a commitment to community service through volunteer work during your secondary school years;The post-secondary university or college you are applying to must be a recognized institution approved by the province in which it is locatedYou acknowledge that bursary funds are applied directly toward your tuition at the post-secondary institution in which you are enrolled

Resume and References
3. Resume: Submit a comprehensive resume detailing your personal background and your significant contributions to the community. Ensure all volunteer experiences are documented, encompassing activities like coaching, assisting seniors, scouting, or guiding. Please note that all submissions become the property of CFAX Santas Anonymous Society and will not be returned. The application deadline is May 26, 2025. School Transcript: Include a copy of your transcript, showcasing your grades from both grade 11 and grade 12.

4. References: Your application should incorporate at least two letters of reference.
One letter ought to be from your volunteer coordinator, detailing your duration of
involvement, responsibilities, and hours dedicated. The second letter should come
from a teacher or school counselor.

Application Submission:

Submit application form with required documents by May 26, 2025. Successful applicants will be required to provide their Social Insurance Number for tax purposes.
