The Village NZ Perinatal Education Event and Resource Application Form

Proudly supported by the Wright Family Foundation, this fund is open until March 31, 2026. All resources and events must be completed or underway by March 31, 2026. This funding applies to events/resources that are fully free of charge to participants, there must be no cost to participants who avail of this resource or take part in this event. This form has been updated to reflect our most current funding requirements and is current as of November 2025
We will reimburse for each event or resource delivered at a negotiable rate to the total amount of $850 GST exclusive if applicable.

This agreed reimbursement rate must be agreed to in writing prior to proceeding with the event or resource.

This funding may be applied for as many times as you wish, but you must submit a form for each course.

The total amount reimbursed will not exceed $850 GST if applicable.

One invoice must be sent per perinatal course once the course has been delivered, emailed direct to: accounts@wrightfamilyfoundation.org.nz

Refreshments for events may be reimbursed at a rate of $4 per person to a maximum amount of $50.

This form must be completed at least 14 days prior to the start date of any resource or event, this form can be edited at any time to add additional details.
