First and foremost, the safety and well-being of your pet(s) is of highest importance. Ensuring that your pet remains safe and well cared for is My first responsibility and as such I take it very seriously. Due to unpredictable behavior of animals, situations arise that are unexpected. The health and safety of each pet is Natasha Styles Pets main priority! If I feel the safety or wellbeing of your pet and/or Myself is in jeopardy, a muzzle may be used, additional fees may apply (such as a “Special Handling” fee), discontinued or refused services. If I am unable to provide grooming services to your pet, I ask that you please pick up your pet within 30 minutes of the discontinued service.

Natasha Styles Pets is not responsible for any allergic reactions resulting from the manufacturer recommended use of any products. Please consult your veterinarian prior to having your pet Receive grooming service to be aware of known allergies. Please disclose any known allergies or sensitivities prior to services. (you may bring Veterinarian suggested shampoo’s if needed)

Matted Pets
Animals with matted coats need special attention. Mats in an animal's coat can become so tight that they harm and tear the skin, providing a breeding ground for parasite infestations. we will not cause your pet any major or unnecessary stress. Mats can be tough to remove and may Require Shaving. Due to skin growths trapped in the mats, removing a densely matted coat might result in nicks, cuts, or abrasions. Heavy matting can also trap moisture and urine near the pet's skin, causing mold, fungus, or bacteria to grow and cause skin irritations that were not present previous to brushing. Itching, skin redness, self-inflicted irritations or abrasions, and hair failure are all possible side effects of mat removal techniques. Pets may also experience short behavioral changes in some situations. Grooming visits should be scheduled every 4-8 weeks for the best defense. By checking the box here, you realize that your pet may need to be shaved to remove matting, and that you understand the risks involved. This method will incur an additional fee because it is time intensive and causes additional wear and tear on grooming equipment.

Accidents
Although accidents are extremely rare when working with animals, they do occur. Grooming equipment is sharp, and while we employ extra caution and care in all cases, cuts, nicks, scratches, quickening of nails, and other issues are conceivable. When an animal is wiggling or moving around, this is most likely to happen. The safety and comfort of your pet is our first priority. In the unlikely event that an accident occurs, you will be alerted. If we believe the situation is critical and the owner is unavailable, we will seek immediate veterinary care for your pet at the nearest veterinarian clinic.

Vaccines
Natasha Styles Pets LLC encourages all pets receiving grooming services to be up to date on ALL vaccinations. However, we only require pets to be current on Rabies vaccinations if they are just receiving grooming services. It is important that you know even if your pet is up to date on all his/her vaccinations your pet can still get kennel cough and other health issues. Remarkably like getting a flu shot and still catch “The Flu” and the same way kids in daycare can pass on “Pink Eye” to one another, this also applies to dogs. Natasha Styles Pets LLC is not responsible for transferring kennel cough or any other upper respiratory infections.

Ticks, Fleas or Bugs
All pets should be flea and Tick free. Spa guests with signs of fleas, ticks, lice or any other parasites will be charged an additional buggy clean up fee. Spa guests that are covered in fleas and ticks will not be permitted to check-in. If fleas or ticks are found during the grooming process services will be stopped immediately and pets will need to be picked up within 30 minutes. Please consult your veterinarian for recommendations on monthly flea and tick prevention prior to your visit here.Natasha Styles Pets Does NOT offer any flea or tick treatments or Dips.

Refusal of Services for Dangerous or Aggressive Animals
At any time, the we reserve the right to refuse any service. We reserve the right to refuse grooming services, suspend grooming services, or cancel grooming services at any time before, during, or after grooming, and the client will be charged a grooming fee if your pet is too agitated or becomes unsafe to groom (for what was done up until that point).

Muzzles are Used
Muzzling your pet is very harmless, and it protects both the pet and the groomer. Muzzling a scared animal can sometimes even calm them down, allowing the grooming process to continue. If your pet continues to be harmful, We reserve the right to terminate grooming services at any time and charge a service fee. We don't muzzle unless it is deemed necesarry. Other techniques of calming your pet are explored first, and muzzling is only used as a last resort. Dogs who require muzzling or additional employees to manage will be charged at a higher fee than usual. This is due to the fact that grooming aggressive or frightened dogs takes significantly longer.

Interruptions During Grooming Services
It is requested that you do not interrupt the groomer during grooming services for the safety of the animals being groomed as well as the professional pet groomer. Every attempt will be taken to groom your pet as safely as possible, but continuing to work on an eager pet can be dangerous. Please do not return to the shop until you have gotten a phone call or text from us informing you that your pet is ready. Please contact us if you have any questions after dropping off.

(Shed-less Treatment)
Every dog sheds throughout the year, though some shed more than others. Then there's the twice-yearly "blow out," which can be excruciating for certain dogs. Our shed-less treatment employs a number of tools and solutions, depending on what works best for each dog's coat—the de-shedding tool, for example, is ineffective on all coat types. We can only brush our dogs for so long before the skin becomes irritated, and we have to stop. A once-a-month bath and shed-less treatment is sufficient for most dogs most of the time. However, for some dogs and at certain seasons of the year, this is insufficient to notice a noticeable change.

Cancellations/No Shows
Natasha Styles Pets LLC sends out texts and Emails Day before to remind you of your appointment (please confirm that we have the correct number and email on file). If you are going to be late for your appointment for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible. All cancellations or reschedules require at least a 24-hour notice to provide us time to fill the spot with a customer from our waiting list. Grooming appointments will be held for 15 minutes after the stated drop-off time. Appointments that are more than 15 minutes late may be canceled due to high demand or subject to a late drop off fee of $20 unless discussed with your Stylist

Late Pick up
understand that the Grooming Salon closes 30 minutes after the last dog is finished you are given a 1 hour grace period to pick up your pet. also understand that if you are not there to pick up your pet within the grace period late pick up fees will apply. Per my Lease agreement due to the size of my suite I cannot contain more then 3 pets at a time thus it being important your pets are picked up on time giving the opportunity for each client to receive a stress free service, Failure to pick up a pet will result additional fees or Law enforcement involvement

Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you are dissatisfied with your groom for any reason, please contact us within 48 hours and we will organize a time for you to return for a free adjustment at the next available time. While I make every effort to make My clients as happy as possible, all service sales are final. I am more than happy to fix anything brought to my attention within 48 hrs. However, I am a small business and unfortunately cannot offer refunds on grooming. If I am unable to meet your expectations, I may just not be the stylist for you and that’s okay I can refer you to many co stylists in the area that may fit your needs

I understand that Natasha Styles Pets LLC. is not responsible for allergic reactions resulting from the manufacture recommendations usage of any products. Please consult your vet prior to having your pet treated if you have any questions or concerning your pet sensitivity to such treatments. 6.) I understand Natasha Styles Pets LLC is not responsible for any pre-existing medical conditions or aggravation of those condition, such as heart disease, arthritis, obesity, infections, or any other medical problems that may be affected by the grooming process. 7.) I expressly understand and agree Natashas Styles Pets LLC shall not be held responsible for any damages to my property.
