Please be aware there is always a non refundable deposit taken that is part of your entire cost for the custom - this scales depending on the overall cost of your custom and is usually half if not close to half the cost work eg cost =$200 deposit= $80, cost = $80 deposit = $40. The deposit you pay is included in your total payment.
