Supply Agreement - 11L Spring Water

Thank you for choosing Wellington Springs for your Spring Water requirements
1.         The price of each 11 Litre returnable bottle is $8.50 (no GST applicable), and subject to any future price increases.

2.         All bottles remain the property of Wellington Springs and must be returned on demand. A fee of $15.00 + GST may be levied if the bottles are not returned.

3.         Payment terms are strictly 7 days from the end of month.

4.         During the term of this agreement, The Client agrees to exclusively use the water supplied by Wellington Springs.

5.         Wellington Springs reserves the right to enter The Client's premises at any reasonable time to inspect, replace, or remove any returnable bottles.

6.         Insofar as is lawful, Wellington Springs shall not be liable in any event in any way whatsoever or howsoever arising for any contingent, consequential, direct or indirect, special or punitive damage arising in any way whatsoever about the goods and The Client acknowledges this express limit of liability and agrees to limit any claim accordingly.

7.         Wellington Springs reserves the right to recover all costs incurred by it, legal or otherwise, from The Client if they fail to comply with this agreement.

Frequency of Delivery:
Please specify how often you would like your delivery to occur (e.g., weekly, fortnightly, monthly). This will be the agreed frequency for future deliveries unless otherwise discussed.

Please specify the date on which you would like the delivery to commence. This will be the start of your scheduled deliveries and will renew for successive periods equal to the initial term until either party provides written notice to the other cancelling renewal of this agreement.
Animal Safety Warning (Residential Properties Only)
If your property contains animals (pets, livestock, etc.), please provide clear instructions or warnings about where the delivery team may or may not access, to ensure the safety of both the team and the animals.
Instructions for Empty Bottles
If you have any empty bottles that need to be collected, kindly leave them in a visible location, or at a designated spot as agreed upon. Our delivery team will collect them during the next delivery.
Access to Property Instructions
If our delivery team needs special access to your property (e.g., gated entrance, locked doors, or specific instructions for accessing the premises), please inform us in advance to avoid delays.
Instructions for Delivery Location
If our delivery team cannot access your building or property, kindly provide detailed instructions on where you would like the bottles to be left. This may include a safe location near your property or any other preference for drop-off.
