Payments/Bookings/Deposits
- A 20% non-refundable deposit is required within 2 hours of booking. This deposit goes towards your total cost for the service and secures your appointment date and time.
- The remaining balance is due at the conclusion of the videography session. No videos will be edited or delivered until the total balance is paid.
- All deposits can be made through Zelle -> (713) 538-3442.
- Any remaining balance can be paid through Zelle or Cash at the end of the session.
Cancellations
- A cancellation must be made 24 hours before the event or shoot.
- Since deposits are non-refundable, clients may reschedule within 30 days of the original appointment date.
- If no rescheduled date is set within 30 days, the deposit is forfeited, and a new deposit will be required for a new booking.
- Weather-related rescheduling will be permitted if rain or extreme weather conditions (below 50 degrees) are in the forecast.
Video Delivery
- Final videos are delivered within 12-30 business days after the event or shoot.
- Edited videos will be delivered digitally via Google Drive. Clients must download all videos within one week of receiving them before the link expires. Once expired, the videographer is not responsible for lost footage.
Additional Terms
- Parking fees, if applicable, are included in the client’s total service cost.
- For events lasting more than 8 hours, the videographer must be provided food at the event or allowed a 30-minute break.
Usage Rights
Booking our services grants us the right to use your video content for promotional purposes on our social media platforms. If you wish to keep your footage private, please inform us at the time of booking.
