XTIRPA™ - LIMITED WARRANTY REGISTRATION FORM
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is the only one applicable to the Xtirpa™ System, and is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. The purchaser has to complete and return to INNOVA Public Utility Products Inc., all information within thirty days of purchase.

Otherwise limited warranty will be void, if the product is not registered.
