I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and will abide by the official rules that govern PSA trials
I understand that no refunds will be given to any handler who has been ejected OR chooses to withdraw from this trial for any reason, including no-shows
I understand that the waitlist requires no payment. If a trial spot becomes available, places will be offered on a first come, first served basis. If a waitlist spot becomes available, I understand that I must confirm and make payment within 48 hours or my position will be offered to the next person
I grant permission for event organisers to use photos, videos and other media taken during the event for promotional, marketing and other related purposes without compensation
I acknowledge that my participation in this event is voluntary and I am aware of the inherent risks to myself and my dog that come with participating in this event, including but not limited to physical injury and or even death, property damage and other unforeseen dangers. I assume all responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur as result from my participation in this event
I hereby release, waive, discharge and hold harmless the event organisers, sponsors, affiiiates, employees, and any other parties associated with this event from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes or action whatsover arising out of or related to any loss, theft, damage, injury, or harm that may occur as a result of my participation in this event
New PSAK9 Bylaws and Code of Conduct MUST be signed on the day when handing in of score books to trial Secretaries.
