Dealer Referral Form
The purpose of this Agreement is to reward our loyal dealers and partners who introduce new dealers to our network. By referring new dealers, not only will you be helping to expand our community, but you'll also have an opportunity to earn. The payment structure for leads generated shall be as follows: 3 cents per watt for sales generated from 1-3 months after a lead has signed a contract with the Client. 1.5 cents per watt for deals generated after 4-12 months. 0.5 cents per watt for deals generated over 12 months. These payments shall only be due if the job installs and Client is funded. Payments will be made via the method already on file for your account unless otherwise specified. Ensure your payment details are up to date in our system. Terms and Conditions- The referring dealer must be active and in good standing at the time of the referral and when the bonus is paid. The referred dealer must complete their enrollment and be verified by our team. If there's any suspicion of fraudulent activity or manipulation, we reserve the right to withhold referral bonuses and take appropriate action.
