Community Guidelines

Since our community's goal is to foster connections, facilitate group trades and purchases, and raise awareness about collectibles and trading card games, any member who violates the general rules of the group will be removed without prior notice.

Violations include:
Failing to respond to potential buyers.
Disturbing others or contacting them at inappropriate times.
Excessive inquiries without seriousness.
Posting content unrelated to BAMI and the trading card game community.
We appreciate your understanding.

1. Respect & Kindness First
Treat all members with courtesy and respect.
No hate speech, discrimination, or harassment based on race, gender, sexuality, religion, disability, or any other personal identity.
Personal attacks, bullying, or intimidation will not be tolerated.
2. Inclusive & Accessible Communication
Use inclusive language and be mindful of diverse backgrounds.
Avoid assumptions about others' experiences or identities.
Provide alternative formats when possible (e.g., captions, transcripts for audio content).

3. Zero Tolerance for Discrimination
Any form of racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, or xenophobia is strictly prohibited.

If you witness discrimination, report it. Silence allows harm to continue.

4. Celebrate Diversity & Different Perspectives
Encourage meaningful discussions while respecting different viewpoints.
Support underrepresented voices and amplify diverse perspectives.
Acknowledge and learn from mistakes rather than reacting defensively.

5. Safe & Open Discussions
Debates are welcome, but keep them constructive.
Avoid inflammatory language or topics designed to provoke.
If a discussion becomes heated, take a step back and refocus on respectful dialogue.

6. Moderation & Accountability
Moderators are here to maintain a safe space—please respect their decisions.
If you see something that violates these guidelines, report it rather than engaging negatively.
Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspensions, or bans, depending on severity.

Facilitate fair and transparent trades, sales, and purchases.
Share tips on effective gameplay strategies across various TCGs.
Stay updated with the latest releases and expansions in the trading card world.

Eligible Items for Community Posting
Section #1: Direct Posting Allowed
The following items can be posted freely in the community without approval:
✅ Single cards
✅ Graded slabs

Section #2: Admin Approval Required & Managed by BAMI
The following items require admin approval before being shared.

Approval will be granted only if there have been at least two releases before the current set or three releases before the current set
(🚫 Not including the latest preorders or most recent launch):

🛑 Booster boxes
🛑 Elite Trainer Boxes (ETB) / Starter Decks
🛑 Classic packs
🛑 Any other collectible items not included in Section #1

Important Notes for Section #2 Items:

Items in Section #2 are managed by BAMI to ensure fair trading and support for individual collectors.
These items are approved only to support individual collectors and hobbyists—not for any commercial resale or business-related activities.
Participants cannot repost the same Section #2 items twice.

Our Rules:

✅ Maintain respectful communication and interactions with everyone.
✅ Avoid off-topic discussion unrelated to the group’s interests.
✅ Notify the moderator before posting any ads that are outside the group’s scope or not relevant to BAMI.

Strictly Prohibited 🚫

❌ Any posts involving fake or counterfeit items for sale or promotion will be immediately removed.
❌ Sharing external links unrelated to BAMI or engaging in self-promotion without approval or promoting an outside business

I understand that failure to comply with these guidelines may result in the immediate removal from the community without prior notice at the discretion of the moderation team. By continuing my participation in this community, I accept and agree to abide by these rules.
