    PLEASE NOTE

    (*) Members of the European Society of Biomechanics in good standing are entitled to reduced registration fees and participation to the GNB event

    Please check your membership status and ID number through the ESB portal for the registration.

    Student status is referred to Bachelor, Master and PhD students. The status must be proved by a supervisor’s declaration or University ID Card scan.

    Each registered delegate can present at most one poster and one oral presentation.

                    • CANCELLATION POLICY:

                      Cancellations made by Thursday, May 15th, 2025 will be accepted. A €50 administrative fee will be assessed on all cancellations. Confirmed registrants who do not attend the conference or who cancel after May 15th are responsible for the entire registration fee. Attendee substitutions, however, may be made at any time.

                      All refunds will be made in euros. The organization cannot refund any shortfalls due to exchange rate fluctuations or bank charges.
