  • REQUIRED SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION

    • Repair of Involuntary Leak: Documentation of repair must include the type and date of repair along with the service address where the repair was performed. Documentation must also include proof of repair, including but not limited to, invoice from plumber, receipt showing proof of purchase of repair supplies, and/or pictures of repair.
    • New or Repaired Swimming Pool: Documentation must include the date of pool fill, or refill if repaired, the estimated number of gallons filled or refilled along with the service address where the pool was installed or repaired. Documentation must also include proof of repair, including but not limited to, invoice from plumber, receipt showing proof of purchase of repair supplies, and/or pictures of repair. Swimming pools must be properly permitted pursuant to law.
    • High Bill in Absence of a Leak with a Mechanical Water Meter: For mechanical water meters only. Documentation must include certification of no leak on private property from a licensed plumber or leak detection company. Please note: If you need assistance determining if your location is serviced by a mechanical water meter, please contact Customer Service at (727) 893-7341.
    • Abnormal Event: Documentation of the abnormal event and a written request seeking the adjustment.
