New students must pay a damage deposit of $150 before a room is assigned.
The deposit is refundable through June 1st for the fall term and December 1st for the spring term. After completing this form, make your payment online by visiting the Student Housing page on the bmc.edu website. Due to an increased demand and limited space for on campus housing, housing at Blue Mountain Christian University is available on a first-come, first-served basis. The goal for finalizing fall semester housing assignments is July 1. The goal for finalizing spring semester housing assignments is January 1. Students will be contacted by the Office of Student Services when housing assignments have been made. Assignments are sent by email, typically beginning in June/July.
