  • Fleet Dispatch Manager – Oilfield Logistics (Must Be Local)
    We’re looking for a Fleet Dispatch Manager to take charge of our expedited logistics trucks in the rugged oilfields of North Dakota.


    As the backbone of our operation, you’ll coordinate truck movements, optimize routes, and ensure our clients receive reliable, on-time service. This role demands strong problem-solving skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and know how to keep things moving efficiently, we want you on our team.

    Dispatcher Requirements:
    Must be local to Williston, North Dakota
    Experience in dispatch or logistics (Oilfield experience is a plus, but not required)
    Tech-savvy with knowledge of dispatching software and industry best practices
    Knowledge of oilfield equipment and terminology
    Familiarity with the Bakken region – Understanding the layout and navigation to well sites is crucial
    Strong multitasking and organizational skills – Ability to juggle multiple phone calls and text messages at once
    Ability to handle high-pressure, fast-paced environments – 5 PM to 8 PM will be extremely busy
    Schedule: Full-time, 24-hour operation
    Monday to Friday
    Some weekends required
    On-call availability required
    Strong understanding of DOT regulations, procedures, and guidelines
    Proficient in English (oral and written)
    Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
    Clean driving record
    60-day training period in the field to learn and get familiar with our operations
    Field presence required – You will spend time at customer shops and well sites as needed
