TOURNAMENTS 

We create these forums for young athletes to come together and showcase, compete against their peers in a fair, healthy and fun-filled environment.

The vision is to combine YRSL teams, CAF teams, PCSL teams, Super League teams, Joga Bonito teams, Copa, and teams from various leagues as well as teams from out of Toronto/Ontario, to have a platform to compete against each other.

Provisions for both Elite and Development tiers, to give everyone a fair fighting chance.

Activ R Us is a huge advocate for Girls Soccer. With girls soccer gaining more traction in Canada, we also cater to this group with exclusive All Girls competitions.

 Tournament deets

• Each team is guaranteed 3 games 
• Each team has to sign the waiver to participate 
• Tournament rules and guidelines shall be sent by email or text, upon registration 
• Medals for 1st and 2nd place teams, winner lifts trophy
• For transparency and fair play, IDs are checked
• Availability for Target (Elite) and Development tiers, each seperate.
• Scouting and Sponsorship opportunities (inquire within)

IN CONSIDERATION of the acceptance of my application and the permission to participate as an entrant or competitor or spectator in the All Stars Cup Soccer Tournament, and it’s activities

I, for myself, my team, club, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors, partners and assigns

HEREBY RELEASE WAIVE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE

Staff and volunteers of  Activ R Us, City of Markham, City of Toronto, City of Vaughan, 360 Soccer Centre,  all other associations, sanctioning bodies and sponsoring companies, and all their respective agents, socials, servants, contractors, representatives, successors and ad assigns OF AND FROM ALL claims, demands, damages, cost, expenses, actions and causes of action, whether in law or equity, in respect of death, injury, loss or damage to my person or property HOWSOEVER CAUSED, arising or to arise by reasons of my

participation in the said event, whether as spectator, participant, competitor or otherwise; whether prior to, during or after the event, AND NOTWITHSTANDING that same may have been contributed to or occasioned by the negligence of any of the aforesaid.

I FURTHER HEREBY UNDERTAKE TO HOLD AND SAVE HARMLESS and AGREE TO INDEMNIFY all of the aforesaid from and against any and all liability incurred by any or all of them arising as a result of, or in any way connected with my participation in the said event.

I ACKNOWLEDGE and AGREE that Activ R Us may use photographs and videos

of the events and the participants therein for promotional purposes.

BY SUBMITTING this ENTRY, I ACKNOWLEDGE HAVING READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED to the above WAIVER, RELEASE AND INDEMNITY.

I WARRANT that I am physically able to participate in this event.

I also AGREE to abide by all decisions of the tournament officials.

BY ACKNOWLEDGING AND SIGNING BELOW, I AM DELIVERING AN ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE THAT WILL HAVE THE SAME EFFECT AS AN ORIGINAL MANUAL PAPER SIGNATURE. THE ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE WILL BE EQUALLY AS BINDING AS AN ORIGINAL MANUAL PAPER SIGNATURE.
