Event participation waiver: In consideration of being allowed to participate in the Building Kidz Easter Event (the "Event"), I, hereby agree to release and hold harmless Building Kidz School, its agents, employees, volunteers, and sponsors (collectively, the "Releasees") from any and all claims, demands, damages, and causes of action of any kind whatsoever, including those arising from personal injury, property damage, or death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, resulting from my participation in the Event. I acknowledge that I am aware of the inherent risks associated with participating in this event, and I voluntarily assume all such risks for myself and my family. I further certify that I am physically fit to participate in the Event and have not been advised by a medical professional to refrain from doing so.Photography and media release: I consent to the use of any photographs, videos, or any other media taken during my visit for promotional, marketing or educational purposes, without compensation to me. Marketing consent: I consent to Building Kidz school of Hillsborough to keep me informed of school events and/or promotions.Personal belongings: I understand that Building Kidz of Hillsborough is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to my personal belongings while on the premises.By signing below, I affirm that I have read and understood this waiver and freely agree to its terms."
