NCRA 2025 Conference Speaker Form

NCRA Conference Certificate of Insurance Submission Form
Your certificate of Insurance (COI) must include the following information:
- Minimum policy limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 in all for the duration of the show (July 24 - 26, 2025)
- Named insureds must include NCRA and Hyatt Regency Minneapolis.
  - NCRA, 12355 Sunrise Valley Drive, Suite 610, Reston VA 20191
  - Hyatt Regency Minneapolis, 1300 Nicollet Mall, Minneapolis, MN 55403
Submission deadline is July 5, 2025.
