What does it cost? $880 for a 10 year retainer plan (cost is per patient) or $980 if you sign up after Deband.

What do I get? For 10 years, each clear retainer replacement will only cost a $25 copayment (usually $250 each)*

HOW TO PAY

The Retainers for 10 Program fees are non-refundable nor transferrable and are payable in either of these three convenient options:

 

 

*Copays are a fraction of the cost of regular retainer replacement, maximum of four (4) sets of retainers per year, retainers only-no progressive tooth movement, does not include Hawley or fixed retainers, does not include office visit fees, copays and standard retainer fees are subject to change. Fixed retainer repairs will have a separate office fee.
