Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the San Diego Made Spring Market on May 10, 2025, in La Mesa Village! Volunteers are essential to our events and keep prices for small businesses accessible. You’ll meet some great people, have a super rewarding time, and get a swag bag filled with goodies in return.

Please only sign up for the spots you can commit to as doing so will fill the spot in our system. If you need to cancel, email markets@sandiegomade.org with "VOLUNTEER CHANGE" in the subject line. Paid positions requiring heavy lifting (75lbs+) are also available via a separate application here.

Pre-Event Prep Volunteers Shifts (Unpaid)

Please ONLY select shifts you are available to work. Signing up here commits you to that position. You may sign up for multiple shifts, and you will receive one thank you gift bag per event, not per shift.

Volunteers help prep for the event by pulling market items (excluding large/heavy items) from storage, assembling signage, organizing materials, preparing grab bags, and starting any interactive art pieces and decor.

Morning and evening shifts will assist with event setup and breakdown, including lifting and moving items up to 30lbs. During the event, volunteers may also assist vendors, place signage, decorate, staff information booths, empty trash and maintain cleanliness, and ensure a smooth experience.
