The Rental Process:

1. MatterFix will use this form to create a rental estimate. The estimate will be emailed to the provided email address.

2. Once you have approved the estimate, we will email the invoice.

3. Once you have paid the invoice and emailed us a photo of your ID, you will be added to the rental shipping schedule. Photo ID is only required for your first rental with us.

4. When you are ready to return your rental kit, simply apply the provided return shipping label to the case and drop it off at any UPS store.

Which Matterport camera model do you want to rent?*

Pro3: Great for larger spaces and AEC projects. The Pro3 has an integrated LiDAR sensor for more dimensional accuracy and for doing outdoor scans.Pro2: Great for smaller spaces and basic virtual tours. Does not work well in exterior spaces with sunlight.

Which rental kit do you need?*

Complete Kit: Includes camera, tripod, tripod mount, two batteries, charger, and iPad.Essentials Kit: Includes camera, tripod mount, two batteries, and charger, but does not include a tripod or iPad.

If the square footage of your scan is greater than 30,000 square feet, or if you will need to scan in high density, you will need to upgrade your iPad to an iPad with at least 8GB of RAM. Would you like to upgrade your iPad for an extra $50?*

IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Our standard shipping policy is:

All Pro3 Kits are shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air, and all Pro2 Kits are shipped via UPS 3 Day Select. This means:

A Pro3 Kit with a delivery day of Friday needs to be shipped 2 business days before that, on Wednesday
Or a Pro2 Kit with a delivery day of Friday would need to shipped 3 business days before that, on Tuesday

Unfortunately, UPS will sometimes miss the promised delivery date by 1 day. To compensate for this, we will ship your rental kit to you 1 day early at no extra charge. That way, even if your kit delivery is delayed by a day, you will still receive it on your specified delivery date.

In order for us to provide you with this free "day early ship" service, you will need to have your request submitted and the final invoice paid 3 days prior for Pro3 Kits and 4 days prior for Pro2 kits.

If you are not able to submit your request and payment early enough, we cannot be responsible if UPS is a day late in delivering your rental kit. Although should this arise, we will automatically extend your rental at no charge.
