Camera Rental Kits

*Rental kits are only available in the US until further notice.

The Rental Process:

1. MatterFix will use the information from this form to create a rental estimate. The estimate will be emailed to the provided email address.

2. Once you have approved the estimate, we will email the invoice.

3. Once you have paid the invoice and emailed us a photo of your ID, you will be added to the rental schedule. Photo ID only required for your first rental with us.

4. When you are ready to return your rental kit, simply apply the provided return shipping label to the case and ship the kit back via UPS.

We ship all Pro3 cameras via UPS 2nd Day Air. Sometimes UPS will be late by a day, so we will try to ship your kit so that it will arrive a day earlier than what you have requested. We do not charge extra for this. If your delivery is late we will automatically extend your rental by that number of days.

Which camera model do you want to rent?*

Pro3: Great for larger spaces and AEC projects. The Pro3 has an integrated LiDAR sensor for more dimensional accuracy and for doing outdoor scans.Pro2: Great for smaller spaces and basic virtual tours. Does not work well in exterior spaces with sunlight.

Which type of rental kit do you need?*

Complete Kit: Includes camera, tripod, tripod mount, batteries, charger, and iPad.Essentials Kit: Includes camera, tripod mount, batteries, and charger, but does not include a tripod or iPad.

If the square footage of your scan is greater than 30,000 square feet, or if you will need to scan in high density, we recommend upgrading your iPad to an iPad Pro (5th gen). Would you like to upgrade to an iPad Pro for an extra $50?*
