Funk & Junk Festival Volunteer Registration
Thank you for your participation in volunteering for the third annual Funk & Junk Festival at the Stanwood-Camano Community Fairgrounds! The day is full of vendors, live music, food and fun. We hope you have a great time helping our local nonprofit organizations!

Event Date: Saturday, August 16th
Event Location: Stanwood-Camano Community Fairgrounds, 6653 Pioneer Hwy
Event Time: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Volunteers may park in the vendor parking area and check in at the Bonnie Susan Cole Building. Our volunteer break area located in the Bonnie Susan Cole Building will be stocked with water, food and snacks the day of the event.

When submitting your volunteer registration below, please complete the form for each person individually. There are separate items required for anyone under the age of 18.

Event Volunteers Waiver Of Liability
- I agree to hold harmless RE/MAX Community Grant Chest & SCAF from any claims and/or litigation arising out of the RE/MAX Community Grant Chest/SCAF actions in connection with I hereby release indemnify, and hold harmless the RE/MAX Community Grant Chest, SCAF, its owners, directors, employees, successors, assigns, legal representatives, organizers, sponsors, volunteers and supervisors of its activities from any and all claims, causes of actions and liability arising from or in any way connected with participation with the RE/MAX Community Grant Chest and its activities.
- I will not complete my volunteer shift under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- I agree to advise staff if I am unable or uncomfortable to complete tasks that have been assigned to. We will be understanding of these requests, just give us as much notice as possible.
- I agree to inform immediately of any injuries sustained while undertaking volunteering activities.
- As a member of the team, I will do my best to provide correct information and a positive attitude to all members of the public I deal with throughout the festival. I agree to work in a constructive and cooperative way with fellow volunteers and staff, complying with any safety and operational procedures as requested.
- I understand that I am volunteering my services and will not receive any remuneration for my services.
