I will honor my committment regarding time and length of service. I will attend any and all orientation and training as required, without compensation or promise of future employment. I will support a professional attitude, professional appearance, and will maintain a high work stand in my interactions with visitors, customers, donors, volunteers, and staff. I give permission to Florence Thomas Art School (FTAS) to use photos of me taken by FTAS staff and/or volunteers for used for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, printed materials, and grant reports. I hereby waive, release, and forever discharge (on my own behalf of on behalf of my heirs and personal representatives) any and all rights of claims I may now or hereafter have against Florence Thomas Art School.
