    Thank you for your interest in Cantabile Summer Music Camp! This form will guide you through the registration and payment process. If you experience technical issues, please reach out to our office: info@cantabilechoirs.net

    If you are registering multiple children, you will need to complete this form for each child. 

    Mini Maestros Session 1 ($280 per camper +HST)

    • Monday, July 21 - Friday, July 25
    • Ages 5-7 (must be 5 by Dec 31st, 2025)

    Mini Maestros Session 2 ($280 per camper +HST)

    • Monday, July 28 - Friday, Aug 1
    • Ages 5-7 (must be 5 by Dec 31st, 2025)

    Rising Stars Session 1 ($280 per camper +HST)

    • Monday, Aug 11 - Friday, Aug 15
    • Ages 8-12
    • 9:00am - 4:00pm

     
    Rising Stars Session 2 ($280 per camper +HST)

    • Monday, Aug 18 - Friday, Aug 22
    • Ages 8-12
