The undersigned participant in the Trash Bash 2025 event scheduled for the date of Saturday, May 3rd, 2025 covenants that he/she shall assume all risk and liability arising in conjunction with the above activity and shall, save hold and keep harmless at all times the City of Edinburg, its employees, and organizations that partner with the City of Edinburg, against any loss, damage, penalty, cost and expense, judgments and decrees that may accrue or be incurred by reason of any accident, loss, wrong, injury or damage to person, life or property in or above referenced or surrounding area(s) arising out of the above described activities. In addition, we the undersigned do hereby approve the use of pictures by the City of Edinburg and organizations that partner with the City of Edinburg in publications, local newspaper or other publications deemed appropriate.
