About The Karate School's Summer Camp Program:

The Karate School Summer Camp is for kids ages 5-13 years and our hours are 7am-6:30pm. 5 year olds must have completed Kindergarten to attend summer camp. The Karate School is a Martial Arts School AND a Child Care facility combined.  It includes progressive martial arts training as the kids advance in skill. 

With our Summer Camp, you can pick and choose the weeks you need. 

Please save the Field Trip and Activities Calendar for your reference on events and activities throughout the summer.

Our Regular field trips are: 

• Movies (bi-weekly)
• Bowling (bi-weekly)
• Skating (weekly)

In addition we have other field trips and MANY activities planned for in-school days. We keep the kids busy with martial arts classes, group games, arts & crafts and STEM activities.  They also have free time to participate in 4-square, kicking bags, blocks, legos, read books, etc... 

Pricing:

Registration Fee: 

$40 for current Students, includes Karate T-Shirt & a waterbottle
$90 for New Students, includes Karate Uniform, 2 T-Shirts & a waterbottle

Weekly Tuition:

Registered May 1st or later:

$213/1 student  
$393/2 students  
$561/3 students

Tuition is charged each Monday for the weeks of Summer Camp you pre-register for.
 

Drop-In Rate: $60/student
If space is available we will take Drop-In Students.  You can call or email to check availability as early as 1 week prior.  Drop-In is for 1-2 days a week.  3 days or more will be billed at the weekly rate.

2025 Summer Camp Registration Process - Atascocita

Steps: 

• Complete the Billing Form
• Complete a Registration Form for each student(if not currently enrolled in after-school)
• Complete Credit Card Authorization Form 

You will be directed to each step, starting with the billing form. 

Once submitted, those that are not currently enrolled in the after-school program will be directed to the registration form. Please complete this form individually for each student attending Summer Camp. 

If your student/s are currently enrolled in the after-school program you will not be redirected and do NOT need to compelte a new registration form.

All registrations will receive a follow-up email with a link to complete the credit card authorization form needed for each family.  

Prices and Terms:

Registration Fee:

Billing Procedures and Week Selection:

Please review the billing procedures below. Next, select the weeks of Summer Camp you would like to register for and note if they will attend the full week or you are requesting drop-in availability.

• By selecting "Full Week", you will be billed on the Monday of that week. To cancel, we require a 2-week notice via email.
• Attendance of 3 or more days is considered a full week. 
• Drop-In attendance of 1-2 days can be requested and is dependent on availability. These dates are not guaranteed, availability can be checked 1 week in advance. 
• Please note we are CLOSED the week of June 30th-July 4th for the holiday.

Billing Agreement

This agreement is between The Karate School and the Parent/Guardian (Customer).  The Karate School will appear on your bank/credit card statement.  If for any reason the Draft is not approved, The Karate School will add a $10.00 fee.  The Karate School is not responsible for any bank fees incurred by the Customer.  The Karate School has the right to resubmit returned/declined items without prior notice.  If your child is not picked up by 6:30pm, late fees will automatically be charged to the credit card on file.

Member's (Customers) Right to Cancel

If you wish to cancel this agreement, you must submit a request, in writing, to The Karate School atleast 14 days prior to the next billing date.  Written request must be presented to the staff and signed off by staff.  Deposits and Registration Fees are non-refundable.  Without a written notice, payments will be drafted.

I have read this agreement and understand that once it is signed by me it is a legally binding and enforceable obligation and I agree to comply with all the provisions, terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.  I acknowledge I have received a copy of this agreement.  I agree to pay the Balance billed set forth in this agreement.

Lunch and Snack Time: 

Lunch:

Lunch needs to be brought to karate camp each day, except:

1) students can bring money to buy lunch on skating days only(Wednesday).  Please bring cash and small bills help as we are unable to break larger bills.

2) on Pizza Party days, The Karate School will provide pizza(Friday).  If the student doesn't want pizza, they should bring a lunch that day.

If you have lunch delivered to a student, please put the child's name on the order so we know who to give it to.

Snack:

We have time for snacks twice a day - moring and afternoon. 

Please review the information below and select your option:

• Option 1: You may send snacks/drinks with your student from home. 
• Option 2: You may prepay for the alloted number of snacks below for each snack time(charged with weekly billing on Monday).

Snacks and drinks at The Karate School are $0.75 each.

Terms and Conditions

Acceptance of Member

By signing this agreement, Customer agrees to fully and completely comply with all terms and conditions hereof and the Business' rules and regulations.  Failure to conply with the Business' rules and regulations is ground for immediate suspension or termination of the Customer and Student.

The Karate School and those acting under its authority reserve the right to use photographs, videotapes, artwork or other likenesses of the Customer and/or Student for marketing, trade, publishing or any other lawful purpose without compensation.  Customer and/or student understands and agrees that payment of tuition is not a guarantee or promise of advancement.

Classes

Scheduling and content of classes and programs, furnishing of facilities and provision of instructors to teach and supervise classes and practice sessions are at the sole and absolute discretion of The Karate School and may be changed at any time.  The Customer understands and agrees that the examination/testing fee is not included in the price of this agreement.

Liability Waiver and Release

The Customer understand and agrees that strict observation of the Business' rules and regulation and the rules and regulations relative to martial arts training, including the use of protective equipment.  The Customer understands and agrees that the use of the Business' facilities and the Members presence at the Business' facility are at the sole risk of the Customer.  The Customer understands and agrees that martial arts involves skills and training which include violent and sudden movements and that in connection with the training and instruction, there will be physical contact between instructors and students, and between and among the students and that such contact may result in personal injury to the student, despite precautions taken to avoid such injuries.  The Customer hereby consents for the student to engage in such contact as may be necessary or required by student's participation in the training program and/or classes.

The Customer, Student and anyone claiming by or through the Customer or Student, hereby holds harmless, releases and forever discharges The Karate School, The Davis Karate School Inc, its officers, directors, and representatives and the business and it's instructors, agents, employees, volunteers, operators, and authorized representatives from any liability, claim, loss, including loss of property, damage, personal injury, or expense incurred ty the Customer or Student and arising from the Customers execution of this agreement, payment processing, participation in any program offered by The Karate School, including, but not limited to any injury or damage caused by the negligence of The Karate School, the Business, its instructors, Members, agents, employees, operators, or authorized representatives.  The Customer specifically understands and agrees that he/she is assuming the risk of any and all injuries that he/she or the students may suffer or incur as a result of his/her execution of the agreement and participation in any program offered by The Karate School.

Cancellation

This agreement may be canceled by the customer for any reason without penalty or further obligation within 3 days from the date hereof.  Cancellation shall be made in writing and delivered to The Karate School and signed off by a staff member.  The Business may retain expenses actually incurred and the portion of the total price representing the services used and completed.  Downpayment, deposits and registration fees are non-refundable.

After the first 3 days, the Customer must give written notice delivered to The Karate School and signed off by a staff member, in the time frame stated on the Billing Agreement.  If notice is given in less time that stated on the Billing Agreement, the next payment will be made, and cancellation will take effect for the next scheduled payment.  Failure to attend class or programs does not constitute or imply notification to or cancellation of this agreement.  Customer retains membership rights and privileges until the billing period has expired.

Default

Non payment or declined payment of scheduled payments in excess of 14 days shall constitute default under this agreement.  If this agreement is in default, the entire amount owed hereunder shall become immediately due and payable, llitigation may be initiated to collect all amounts due, or the account referred to collection.  In the event of default in payment, or breach of this agreement, The Karate School shall be entitled to recover their reasonable attorney fees, court costs, and interest on any past due amount at the rate of 1.15% per month.

Signatories

Any person signing this agreement, whether as a Customer, co-signer, or otherwise shall be jointly severly or individually liable to The Karate School for the full billing price as if such person signed as the collection, including but not limited to collection agency fees, court costs, attorney's fees, and late charges that may be incurred in the event of default.
