Talent Agreement

BETWEEN: The Umbrella Foundation

The Umbrella Foundation has the exclusive right to organize and conduct an event named “The Juneteenth Celebration.” This event will undergo a promo campaign which includes your name, pictures and/or videos as an entertainer(s) which will be posted on our social media platform, flyers, posters, etc. 

First Name   Last Name   has determined to provide services as an artists and/or performer at The Juneteenth Celebration on June 21, 2025 at Coushatta Ball Park at the time that will be provided on the itinerary that will be issued out to contact information you provided above a week before the event. 

RIGHTS TALENT & FOUNDATION HAVE

1.OFFICIAL STATUS
Organizer grants to talent the exclusive rights during the term of this Agreement to use Organizer’s Trademark as described herein in advertising and promoting sponsored products as described to refer to donation as the “Official Talent of The Juneteenth Celebration event.”
2. ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION
Subject to Organizers rights of approval as described in the Agreement, Talent shall have the right to use Organizer’s Trademarks in advertising and promotional activities as it deems desirable during the term of this agreement.
3. NO PROFANITY OR NUDITY
Due to this event being a family event, all talent has to refrain from
any type of profanity and nudity.
4. SET TIMES
Set time will be maximum 15 minutes where you have full creative control on how you would like your set to consist of.
5. REIMBURSEMENT
The Umbrella Foundation is a non profit organization who is willing to provide exposure of talent through marketing and advertising in exchange for the talent performance. 

ABOUT THE FOUNDATION

The Umbrella Foundation is a nonprofit organization that was founded in Coushatta, La in 2015 by Johnny Taylor and started to come into fruition with members in 2024. The goals The Umbrella Foundation strives for is increased community awareness and engagement. To highlight not only the black culture but the entire town on Coushatta culture, local businesses, and history. Most of all, to pour into the same community that built the foundation that is responsible to who we (our members) are.

ABOUT THE EVENT

“The Juneteenth Celebration” is a culturally safe event to appreciate the black community on the weekend of a monumental holiday on June 21, 2025 at the Coushatta BallPark with the theme of freedom, unity, and culture. The difference between “The Juneteenth Celebration” and other Juneteenth events is “The Juneteenth Celebration gives the opportunity to put a spin on the norm of a traditional Juneteenth event by getting every age group involved in a way to not only be fun but educational. We are confident that this event will not only meet but exceed expectations.
