In preparation for the exciting Sunshine Soiree event, there is some information we need from you to ensure we are best showcasing you to our corporate buyer market. Please complete the below form and submit this information by the end of May.

This is the 2-3 minute question and answer you with have with the MC, the purpose of this is for the buyers to understand your product. So please ensure it is relevant to the business events market. See examples below.

Example:

Q: So Tracey, you run an adventure company specialising in memorable experiences unique to the Sunshine Coast, what kind of group activities to do offer and tell us why they are so unique and leave a lasting impression?

A: Well Tony, we’re the only company to the Sunshine Coast to have XXXX, we create bespoke packages for specifically for groups, for example we ran a XXXXX which left the delegates fuelled with energy and a feeling of camaraderie. Of course they had a lot of fun along the way.

Goodie Bag Inclusion

Please provide quality, sustainable items to go into the goodie bags that will be placed on each chair of all buyers in attendance. Please bring your items on the day, you will be required to put these in the bags. If you have attended a previous Soiree please provide new items.

Door Prize

Please provide confirmation of the door prize you will be providing, this will be drawn by the MC after the Q&A. There will be a photo opportunity with you and the winner/buyer after the prize draw. You can upload your gift voucher below.
